Our coworking space provides a variety of work environments and membership options, allowing you to work the way you want, when you want and where you want.
We have ergonomic workstations, sit/stand desks, large desks to spread out on, private phone booths, couches, breakout spaces and meeting rooms.
Our membership and usage numbers are monitored to ensure there is 4 square metres of space per person. Workstations have been arranged to ensure a physical distance of at least 1.5 metres between coworkers. All members and guests are required to maintain a physical distance of at least 1.5 metres from other people at all times.
Single Day Pass: $33/day
4 Passes Per Month^: $99/month
12 Passes Per Month: $199/month
Unlimited Coworking: $330/month
Permanent Desk: $440/month
Minimum 1 month commitment for all coworking memberships.

I wouldn’t use a serviced office enough to justify the cost, but needed a location outside of my home office for a few reasons: A professional place to meet clients, to be part of a long-term business community, and to work outside the house sometimes without having to go to a noisy public place. Having a commercial address is also a good look.
I’d been a member of other coworking spaces before and had good experiences, but I had two ongoing problems: I work odd hours, so only being open business hours limited my utilisation of them significantly; and they weren’t in Wyndham so I felt like I was commuting to my own business for little benefit.
My membership at Business Addicts provides all the benefits of being a coworking space member at the times that suit me, just a 15 minute drive up the road.
As a solo business owner that works from home, there are times when my home office environment is not appropriate for every work situation and Business Addicts Coworking offers me a plethora of solutions that suit my small business.
For one, having access to meeting rooms at Business Addicts is ideal, as I feel safer meeting new clients at Business Addicts, rather than having strangers come to my home office.
I would highly recommend this space to anyone. Having a professional space as an option to work outside of the home office has been really important. Another benefit is the informal networking with other like-minded people using the space. It’s a great community to be a part of.
I’ve always loved working from home, in fact I’ve been doing it for 25 years. However, both of my adult children needed to return home for a while and it became difficult to run my business from my home office.
I had considered Business Addicts a few times before but wasn’t sure what it would be like to share an office space with multiple people. The way the office space was set up gave me the space I needed. I was able to book meeting rooms when I had video meetings. The phone booths gave me privacy when I had phone calls and I was able to book it on the weekends for team meetings.
Apart from all the convenience, what I really liked was the camaraderie and culture of Business Addicts. I made great friends, gained new business contacts and a place to call home.
I was researching the options available with regards to the potential of using a co-working space for some time and was recommended Business Addicts. Straight away I found the welcome very friendly by Loren and the team and was impressed with the layout, the space available and the atmosphere that was generated by the others in the room. There was no hesitation in using the space for the period I required and will certainly be using the space again in the future.
