We have 3 private offices available in a variety of sizes, suitable for 1-4 people (even with physical distancing of 1.5m). Offices come furnished or if you prefer you can BYO furniture.
1-2 Person Office: $880/month
2-3 Person Office: $1100*/month
* Additional team member memberships can be purchased at a discounted rate.
We usually have a minimum 6 month commitment on all private offices. However, due to the current pandemic, we may consider a shorter term (subject to availability of offices).

As part of a software consulting company, it was important that our working environment had a positive impact on our productivity, efficiency and motivation. The private offices at Business Addicts Coworking made coming into work an absolute pleasure.
All our technical requirements and business needs were facilitated, and the staff are so accommodating. It’s the pride, dedication and flexibility Business Addicts shows to its members that further sets them apart from other coworking spaces.
Leisure concepts joined as a member of Business addicts in November 2019. After our lease expired at another premises we decided that rather than take out another long term lease we would look for some short term office space that would allow some of our team members to work away from the main warehouse, have meetings and to concentrate on working on the business, rather than working in the business.
After looking at a number of co-working spaces in the Wyndham region we decided that Business Addicts was very different than all of the other spaces that we had seen and we decided that the culture at Business Addicts suited far better to what we were looking for. Other co-working spaces we saw were really large, busy spaces, access and parking was poor and there was often lots of additional costs for internet, utilities etc. All of the factors that we saw as negatives at other locations were completely the opposite at Business addicts – access is great, parking is excellent and the member cost is an all inclusive fee that works well.
We decided that a private office for 2 would be ideal and we used our own furniture – this meant that we had a secure office space that we could lock up and was private.
From time to time we would use the meeting spaces that are available, including the large screens for presentations and this worked really well when we had meetings or just wanted some space to spread out for a short period of time.
We found that the amenities at Business Addicts were excellent, all of the other co-workers were very respectful and friendly and as a result our productivity whilst a member at Business Addicts was very high. We would highly recommend others in becoming members at Business Addicts.
